Owner's Notes

The property was inherited from a deceased parent.

There is some leakage from the roof and the bathroom tiles are peeling off.
The bath was previously unusable, but the renter last year fixed the boiler and piping and it is now usable.
There is a slight sagging in the center of the living room floor.

The toilets are pit toilets with separate areas for urination and defecation.

There is no parking lot.
The neighboring lot belongs to my uncle and aunt, so if you agree, you can park one car there.
(However, the condition is that my uncle only parks his car when he goes to the hospital.) Parking is available for 3,000 yen per month.
The land is a land with no boundary line, but there are no major problems.

On clear days, you can see the Sea of Japan from the second floor, and you can also watch the sun sink into the sea.
The beach is about a 10-minute drive away, and there is a town store two minutes walk from the house. This traditional store sells everything from fresh produce to daily necessities, so you won't have any trouble with your daily life.

Also, if you drive for about 20 to 25 minutes, you will find Aeon (formerly Jusco), Aeon Town, local shopping towns, large hospitals, restaurants, and more in the neighboring city.

I have almost completely disposed of my belongings, but I am looking for someone to take over the property in its current condition, including some remaining belongings such as a sofa and PC.

The building was constructed in 1970 and expanded in 1979 and 1995.

There was a leak around 2021 and it was repaired.

We use city gas, but our water heater broke so we discarded it.

It was damaged in the Chuetsu earthquake in 2004, and the interior wallpaper remains torn.

1st floor: 6 tatami mats x 2, 8 tatami mats x 1, DK, bathroom, toilet
2nd floor: 6 tatami mats x 3, 8 tatami mats x 1

There is one parking space.

The house is adjacent to a city road, so a snowplow comes in the winter, but the roof needs to be cleared of snow about twice a year.

The furniture inside the building remains as it is.

The soul has been removed from the Buddhist altar and a memorial service has been held, so I think we will move it out.

Other than that I would like to leave it as is.

There are some messy rooms on the second floor, but we would like to leave them as they are.

We are looking for someone who is aware of the above and can take over the property as is.

Owner's Notes:

I inherited the property from my uncle, but with no plans to use it, it has been vacant for around 15 years.

There is a plot of land next to the house that can be used for a vegetable garden.

A large supermarket is under construction nearby.

Also, the Otaru Canal and Otamoi Beach are just a 10-minute drive away.

Regarding the property, the roof eaves are broken and there are cracks in the walls.

Some of the tatami mats are missing and the doors are not fitting properly in some places.

I have no plans to use it in the future and it is difficult to maintain, so I would like to sell it as is, both indoors and outdoors.

The property was inherited from my grandfather.

It has been vacant for about 10 years.

The beams are thick.

Public water and sewer, individual propane, toilet is date unknown but has been renovated once.

Miyako City, Iwate Prefecture | A 7-minute walk from Miyako Station on the JR Sanriku Railway Rias Line, close to the station, and a lodging facility that underwent major renovations in December 2014, with free parking

Owner's Notes:

I purchased this property because I was interested in a shared house.

There are 9 rooms on the second floor in Building 1 and 7 rooms in Building 2.
The buildings are three-story wooden structures, but the third floor is currently closed after a warning for violating the Building Standards Act and corrections were made around 2015.
Ventilation is performed regularly.

The property is located about a 7-minute walk from Miyako Station. It
underwent major repairs in December 2014, but some parts remain from the time of construction.
There are 3 parking spaces on the premises.

A separate septic tank is used.

In 2016, the basement level was flooded due to the rise in water levels caused by Typhoon No. 10.
Also, there is an open semi-basement space in Building 1, where groundwater tends to accumulate.

The water pipes running above the storage room on the first floor have frozen and leaked, causing the ceiling to collapse.

About Miyako City:
・This is the starting station of the Sanriku Railway bound for Kuji, which became famous in the drama "Amachan".
・The scenic spot covered with white rocks, Jodogahama Beach, which is also designated as a national scenic spot, is famous.
・You can enjoy seafood all year round, including sea urchins, hairy crabs, Pacific cod, wakame seaweed, abalone, and pacific saury.

We would like to donate it to someone who can find a way to utilize it in a way that will benefit the people of Miyako.

Nayoro City, Hokkaido | 10 minutes walk from JR Soya Main Line "Furen Station", a two-story house and five plots of land of about 260 tsubo in a quiet residential area, all for 0 yen

Owner's Notes:

This property was used until October of last year.

We have been managing the property ourselves until now, but as we live far away we have decided to give it to someone who will make good use of it.

The building is a two-story block and wooden house, with a garage and storage shed on the premises.

The toilet and bathroom are of unknown age, but have been renovated in the past.

Heating is provided by kerosene stoves, two on the first floor and one on the second floor, and hot water is provided by a kerosene boiler.

The sashes in the living room have been replaced with double glazed windows.

There was a field of about 165 square meters in front of the balcony, and we used to grow vegetables while we lived there.

It was used as both an office and a residence, so it was a house that received a lot of visitors.

The location is close to the town center of Furen, with a convenience store 200m away, a supermarket 400m away, and a JR station 600m away, so it's not badly located.

Owner's Notes:

This is a property that I inherited from my father and that has been vacant for nearly 40 years.
It is about a 15-minute walk from Toyono Station, and the site is spacious and surrounded by greenery in a tranquil location.

I would like to sell it together with the adjacent forest.
Both the main house and the annex are quite old and in need of repair.

Because the property is in an urbanization control area, it is primarily intended for residential use (residential land before line drawing, setback required).
Please check with the City Hall Building Inspection Division regarding restrictions on renovations and whether or not rebuilding is possible.

There is no sewer system. Most of the remaining debris has been removed, but some remains.
There is a lot of bamboo on the premises.
Please check the hazard map yourself.

There used to be a private ancestral graveyard behind the house, but it has since been relocated and the land use has been changed to forest.

The adjacent farmland can only be sold to farmers who live near Nagano City, so this time we are selling something other than farmland (if you live there, you can rent it out for your home vegetable garden).

The property will be handed over in its current condition, so please include your plans for using the land when contacting us.

Located just 10 minutes by car from JR Obama Line’s “Ohama Station,” this unique property in Obama City offers a farm work hut and 26 parcels of agricultural land, completely free of charge. The land is conveniently situated near roadside stations, making it easily accessible for agricultural use. One of the fields is part of a family inheritance, while most of the land is currently designated for farming, including rice, buckwheat, and barley.

The rice fields were leased to a local farmer until March 2020, but the transfer of the land can be arranged, allowing the new owner to reclaim its full use. The property also includes a tangerine field, and minimal fees such as a water conservancy levy (960 yen per year) apply. Annual land improvement fees are associated with the Nankawa Drainage Association (23,400 yen) and Imatomiozaki (25,470 yen), currently covered by the farmer working the fields.

In addition, part of the land is equipped with cable TV facilities, generating a modest annual income of 3,460 yen. This vast farmland and its facilities provide an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in managing agricultural land or seeking a peaceful rural lifestyle.

As I live far away and can no longer maintain the property, I’m looking for someone who can manage and make use of this charming rural retreat. Full details of the address and on-site visit can be arranged for interested parties.

A 6-minute drive from the Tohoku Expressway "Nihonmatsu IC", a house located in front of a municipal elementary school surrounded by a tranquil rural landscape.

Owner's Notes:

The property was inherited from my father.

This house was built in 1936 by my grandfather, who was an elementary school principal during the Taisho era, on land he acquired from villagers.

My grandmother later purchased the land surrounding the house and built a nursery school next to it in 1977.

It is currently owned by my sister and is vacant.

My aunt and neighbors who live locally help me mow the grass around my house and take care of the garden.

In addition, the registration of some of the land (230.18 m2) had not been transferred and was left untouched, so my grandmother transferred the registration.

However, one of the owners had already passed away, and one of the relatives who had inherited the land was no longer known.

Therefore, 2/78 of the land on which the house is built is common land.

We are looking for someone who is willing to take over after understanding the above.

Kakuda City, Miyagi Prefecture | 4 minutes by car from Kakuda Station on the Abukuma Express Line, 3 houses and land plots near Kakuda Driving School with a tranquil rural landscape are available for 0 yen

Owner's Notes:

This property was acquired through inheritance. It is 65 years old and has a 5DK layout.
The interior has been tidied up as much as possible. Some parts of the floor have fallen out.

The road is narrow, and only a small car can pass through. The land cannot be rebuilt, so it was difficult to find a buyer.
It is expected that renovations and other expenses will be required to utilize the land. I would like to give it to someone who understands this.

<About the field>
The other day, I inquired with the Agricultural Commission whether it was okay to sell or transfer the land as farmland.
This place is considered farmland adjacent to a residence, and due to a change in the law, even individuals who are not farmers can now sell or transfer farmland adjacent to their residence without changing the land use if they plan to use it as a field (such as a home vegetable garden).
However, in this case, it is limited to sales and transfers between individuals, and if the other party is an individual and intends to use it for business purposes, including residential land, permission may not be granted.

The hotel is located close to the center of Kakuda city, and the Kakuda Roadside Station is nearby.

Morimachi, Shizuoka Prefecture | 4 minutes by car from Towata Station on the Tenryu Hamanako Line, close to the Ota River, where you can enjoy the view of cherry blossom trees in spring. Only a two-story building is free of charge.

Owner's Notes:

The building is under my maternal grandfather's name.
My father lived there until two years ago.

It is a two-story house with a pit toilet.
The first floor has three rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a dressing room, and a toilet.
The second floor has three rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a dressing room, and a storage room of about 3 tatami mats.

It appears to have been expanded several times.

At this time, we have disposed of the air conditioner, home appliances, bedding, clothes, shoes, etc. We
still have a lot of other items such as fishing equipment and daily necessities, but we would like to discuss these with you.

The entrance faces east, and there is a free parking lot for 1-2 cars about 5-6 meters across the road to the east.

The land is leased and owned by Tenmū Shrine.
The annual rent is 20,400 yen (100m²).

There is a river (Ota River) about 20m east of the entrance, where you can swim and fish.
On the opposite bank, there is a row of cherry trees, and the view from the second floor window is great.

On the west side (behind the house), there is a vacant lot of about 40 m2 that can be used as a playground, drying area, vegetable garden, etc.
Also, about 20 to 30 meters to the west there is a forest and bamboo grove.

Otaru, Hokkaido | A 3-minute walk from Otaru Sakurayo High School, a 2-story house with a view of the sea of Otaru and a good view of the fireworks from the front door for free

Owner's Notes:

This property was my parents' home.

My parents lived here until about 15 years ago, but they moved out and it has been vacant since then.

The location is about a 3-minute walk from Otaru Sakurayo High School.

From the entrance you can get a panoramic view of the sea around Otaru, and you can get a good view of the fireworks from the Otaru Ushio Festival, which is held every July.

Rather than demolishing it, we would like to give it to someone who can make good use of it.

There is damage to the roof, walls and windows.

There is a warp in the floor of the Japanese-style room.

Public water supply and sewerage, propane gas, and hot water provided by a kerosene boiler (however, it is unclear whether this can be used).

The road in front appears to be a private road, but the arrangements regarding rights of way, etc. are unclear.

In addition, there is no parking space on the property, and until now, parking has been leased from the owner of a nearby vacant lot.

We are looking for someone who is willing to take over after understanding the above.

Asakuchi City, Okayama Prefecture | 5 minutes by car from the Kamogata IC on the Sanyo Expressway, Asakuchi City, which has one of the largest astronomical observatories in Japan, offers a house and forest for free.

Owner's Notes:

The property was inherited from my grandmother.

There are almost no items left inside the house, but there are wooden boards and other items under the floorboards and around the house.

There is a vacuum cleaner and an air conditioner, but I don't know if they work.
I wouldn't say the toilet or bathroom is clean.
There is electricity and running water, but I don't actually use them.

I think it could be used as a storage space, but if you want to live in it, I think it would need some repairs and maintenance.

There is space to park a car, but the road is not wide, so it will be difficult to enter and exit unless you have a light or compact car.
Also, because of the width of the road, I think it is basically impossible to rebuild, but I am not an expert so I do not know the details.

We try to keep the area from becoming overgrown by mowing the grass and laying down weed-proof sheets every 1-2 months, but because it's far away we can't do this satisfactorily.

There is also a forest adjacent to the west side of the housing lot. It
is overgrown with trees and bamboo, and the steep slope means it is not possible to enter the land, so its current condition is unknown.

Grass, trees, and bamboo growing on the residential side are cut every one to two months.

Both the residential areas and the forests are well-lit from morning until midday, which makes them ideal for home gardens, farms, or solar power generation.

Next door is a vacant house and a vacant lot.

It's about a 5-minute drive from Kamogata Interchange on the Sanyo Expressway, so if you have a car it should be fairly easy to access.

There is a pole with a supporting wire on the land, and we receive a small amount of land rent from the electric company every year. Once the procedures for changing the ownership of the real estate and the transfer of ownership of the unregistered building to the city hall are completed, we will promptly change the ownership of our property as well.

I would like to transfer both the residential land and the forest land.
I will not be held responsible for any problems, malfunctions, or troubles that may occur after the transfer.

Owner's Notes:

This is a wooden house that I inherited from my grandfather.

It was built as a villa by my grandfather, who enjoyed bonsai as a hobby, so that he could visit and take care of it on his days off. It
is located on the western side of Mount Senkojiyama, and offers a panoramic view of the town of Kurihara.

The building has been vacant for about 20 years and has not been maintained, so it is showing obvious signs of deterioration.
The city has recommended that the teahouse be renovated or demolished as it is in danger of collapsing.

The garden is overgrown with bamboo and other trees and trees that need to be cut down.

We will also be transferring land owned by our relatives.
We have already agreed to transfer this property free of charge.

The land is on a slope and is in a landslide warning zone (yellow zone).
For details, please check the Onomichi City hazard map.

Please use the nearby paid parking lots.
