What You’ll Do:
🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience throughout their akiya journey.
📋 Act as the main point of contact for inquiries, guiding clients through the buying process and providing tailored solutions.
🌟 Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to match clients with properties that meet their needs and dreams.
📈 Monitor and track client progress, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction at every stage.
🛠️ Resolve issues efficiently while identifying opportunities to enhance our services and grow client accounts.
What You Bring:
💬 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Japanese is a plus!).
🧭 A customer-first mindset with a knack for understanding client goals and delivering solutions.
📊 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple accounts effectively.
