Do you have a knack for sales and a passion for connecting people with their dream homes? Old Houses Japan is looking for an Akiya Sales Specialist to help match adventurers, dreamers, and visionaries with Japan's hidden gems: akiya (abandoned homes). 🌸
What You’ll Do:
🏠 Guide clients through the process of buying unique, affordable akiya properties across Japan.
🌟 Build lasting relationships with buyers by understanding their goals and finding the perfect match.
🌏 Provide expert knowledge about Japanese real estate laws, culture, and akiya opportunities.
📈 Help drive sales by showcasing akiya properties’ charm and potential through compelling presentations and creative storytelling.
✍️ Maintain accurate client records, handle negotiations, and assist with the paperwork needed to close deals.
What You Bring:
💬 Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Japanese is a plus!).
🔑 A background in sales, real estate, or customer service—bonus points if you’ve worked with international clients.
🌐 Familiarity with Japan’s real estate market or a passion for learning about it.
🤝 A people-first attitude with the ability to connect with diverse clients and make them feel heard.
