Uda City, Nara Prefecture | A mountain hut located in the forest near the border with Mie Prefecture, 15 minutes by car from the Kokura IC on the Meihan National Highway. Owner's Notes: This is a property that my father bought. It's more of a cabin than a house. It's more of a cabin for weekend getaways than a home. It has been abandoned for over 20 years and I have never been there. I have not checked what is happening to the mountain hut now, so I do not know its current state. The layout is a one-room apartment on the first floor and a one-room apartment on the second floor, and there are stairs. There is running water and electricity, and toilets are shared. A yearly town association fee of 15,000 yen is required for water management. Water is free to use. There are no particular conditions for the transfer. We are looking for someone who is willing to take over after understanding the above.
