It is a two-story wooden house where my parents once lived. The house has been vacant since May of this year. The name is still in the name of the deceased. The building is unregistered and is not subject to property tax. I have no plans to use it in the future and it would be difficult to sell so I would like to give it away. Public water and sewer, individual propane, toilet is date unknown but has been renovated once. The hot water is provided by a kerosene boiler, but as it was manufactured in 1996 it has exceeded its normal lifespan and may need to be replaced. The location is a 10-minute walk from JR Furen Station and faces Route 206. Convenience stores, supermarkets and elementary schools are within walking distance. There are still some belongings remaining inside the building and in the storeroom, but I would like to transfer these as well as the property as is. We are looking for someone who is willing to take over after understanding the above.
