This property was used until 2022.
A family lived in the house, but they moved away and it is now vacant.
The building was constructed in 1970 and expanded in 1979 and 1995.
There was a leak around 2021 and it was repaired.
We use city gas, but our water heater broke so we discarded it.
It was damaged in the Chuetsu earthquake in 2004, and the interior wallpaper remains torn.
1st floor: 6 tatami mats x 2, 8 tatami mats x 1, DK, bathroom, toilet
2nd floor: 6 tatami mats x 3, 8 tatami mats x 1
There is one parking space.
The house is adjacent to a city road, so a snowplow comes in the winter, but the roof needs to be cleared of snow about twice a year.
The furniture inside the building remains as it is.
The soul has been removed from the Buddhist altar and a memorial service has been held, so I think we will move it out.
Other than that I would like to leave it as is.
There are some messy rooms on the second floor, but we would like to leave them as they are.
We are looking for someone who is aware of the above and can take over the property as is.
