579-20 Maeoka, Yano, Tamaki-cho, Watarai-gun, Mie Prefecture
Owner's Notes:
This is a property I purchased previously. It's an old property so I think it will need some renovation before it can be used. When we purchased the property, the seller lost the key, so we don't have the key and are unable to check the inside. About a 10-minute drive away is the ruins of Tamaru Castle, the symbol of Tamaki Town. It is also adjacent to Ise city and once flourished as a post town for visitors to Ise Shrine.
We are looking for someone who is willing to take over after understanding the above.
Nestled in the scenic Tamaki Village, this cozy property offers a delightful blend of traditional charm and serene surroundings. Perfect for those seeking a peaceful rural lifestyle, the home is surrounded by greenery and boasts classic Japanese architectural details. Located within the heart of Mie Prefecture, this residence provides a harmonious balance of seclusion and accessibility, making it ideal for a tranquil getaway or a more permanent countryside retreat.
Here at Old Houses Japan, we try our best to include as much information as possible with the "free" homes, however, we cannot always give you a full price estimate when it comes to the "free" akiya. Please note, we are here to help you, but we are not real estate agents and may not have all financial information in regards to properties. Thank you for understanding!
Please note, there were no interior photos of the property provided, however, we'd recommend reaching out to the real estate agency for more information or to schedule a tour of the home.
