Owner's Notes;
This property was acquired through inheritance.
Applications are limited to those who will live in this house permanently.
(Second homes, vacation homes, and businesses are not accepted.)
The house is about 70 years old and was renovated in 2014.
It has been vacant for the past 7 years .
We stay there once a month and clean it, so it is very clean.
A yearly fee of 1,060 yen is required to use the common forest.
This is both a right and an obligation.
In addition, Kansai Electric Power and NTT will pay approximately 7,000 yen per year as fees for the use of utility poles and branch line land.
Koryuji is a small village with less than 10 farming families living together and helping each other.
I would like to give it to someone who can cooperate with the residents.
We are looking for someone who is willing to take over after understanding the above.
Other Notes:
Fixed asset tax assessment: 1,144,397 yen (land) 254,926 yen (building)
Annual fixed asset tax: Under investigation
