This former inn overlooks the ocean. The main house retains the charm of an old-fashioned house, with Yakusugi pillars, kumiko balustrades that don't use a single nail, and a tasteful earthen-floored kitchen. The large open space on the ocean side can be used as a parking lot, as well as a space for holding events such as BBQs! Other Notes: ・Formerly an inn that closed about 10 years ago. ・Bathrooms and other water facilities are available for use. ・The main house and the single-story extension are connected. ・There is a large warehouse in the parking lot diagonally opposite. ・Termite extermination and anti-termite treatment completed. ・Part of the site is in a steep slope hazard zone (yellow zone). It has a charming old-style house feel, so it is recommended for those who want to stay at a private lodging. Even after it became vacant, it has been regularly maintained and is in good condition. The tatami mats, sliding doors, futons, etc. are all still in place as they were when it was an inn, and can be used as is.
